A brand identity for a new mental health startup
About the Project
An online application functioning as a network of emotional support among professionals, psychology students, and users seeking support with a multidisciplinary approach focused on mental health for Generation Z youth, emphasizing accessibility and free access!
The Challenge
The challenge was to design a brand ensuring the correct reading of "hug + u" instead of "Hugu" and to create a visual identity reflecting evolution, conveying the message impactfully, and strengthening presence within the mental health theme for the target audience.
The Solution
We designed the logo with emphasis on the "U" being embraced, which also served as a graphical support for the visual system. Since this project aims for accessibility, we conducted a simulation of color blindness to define a suitable color palette.
